Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Worker to join our team in Akron. In this role you will be responsible for pouring, smoothing, and finishing concrete surfaces in various construction projects. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and compacting. Pour concrete into designated areas. Smooth surfaces using hand or power tools. Apply finishing techniques such as stamping or coloring. Monitor the curing process and make adjustments as needed. Follow safety guidelines at all times. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience working with concrete. Knowledge of different techniques and tools used in the trade. Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions. Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials. Attention to detail and strong work ethic. Preference Experience with decorative concrete work.
