Scheduling is generally flexible if you understand that our busiest days are on the weekends and holidays. Our dishwashers shine from behind the scenes ensuring that dishes, glassware and silverware are cleaned, sanitized and organized to keep our restaurants running smoothly.In addition, our dishwashers:Take on janitorial and supportive kitchen tasks, such as emptying trash receptacles, cleaning appliances, sweeping, and mopping floors, restocking kitchen items.Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas.Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly conditions.Clean garbage cans and floor mats with water or steam.Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas.Maintain and take care of dish machine.Understand good sanitation practices when it comes to health department and Hamco standards.Maintains great working relationships with all members of the team and is able to communicate efficiently and positively.Perks of the Job:Flexible schedule, holiday bonus, PTO, meal discounts, no late-night shifts (last seating is at 2:00 PM; shift end times vary based on assigned duties and business needs), family owned (never franchised), etc.
