BSI Corporate Benefits is seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee and grow an assigned portfolio of clients as part of our dynamic, client-focused Account Management team. As an Account Manager, you will have a unique opportunity to make a significant and meaningful contribution to the success of BSI and its clients through the following core job responsibilities:Manage the day-to-day execution of client benefits administration, client communications related to employee benefits, and the delegation of customer service needs.Serve as the point of contact at the HR level for all groups in assigned book of business.Provide outstanding customer service to all current and prospective clients.Support the strategic renewal process for groups in assigned book of business.Prepare client presentations related to Pre-Renewal, Renewal, Year-End Review, Multi-Year Planning, Open Enrollment etc.Conduct educational and health/wellness-related meetings with clients and their employees.Compile pertinent information from the client to prepare an RFP. Support the development of new business. Manage all client compliance activities.Develop an internal process of tracking timelines and notifications for client compliance programs.Review and reconcile client billing statements.Update client files.Manage carrier set up for groups in assigned book of business.Conduct and lead Open Enrollment presentations in person and virtually.Assist the Account Director in mentoring and training of Client Service Coordinator if applicable.Support the Senior Account Executive & Producer with other tasks as assigned Qualified Candidates Should Possess:A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications or other related field.2-3 years of health insurance experienceLife, Accident, and Health insurance licenses or the ability to obtain them within 6 months of employment.Understanding of Health Insurance and Health Savings Accounts Experience reading and interpreting reports from insurance carriers.Ability to work under significant pressure with frequent interruptions.Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to concurrently handle a large number of issues.Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks appropriately.Superior written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present professionally via in-person, online, phone, and written communication methods.Exceptional active listening skillsStrong computer skills inclusive of MS Office and Google Suite. Prior experience with Salesforce preferred.
