Registered Nurse - Inpatient Rehabilitation

Location: Corpus Christi, TX

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Shift: 07:00-19:00

Job Description: As a Registered Nurse in our Inpatient Rehabilitation facility, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a supportive team environment, ensuring optimal rehabilitation outcomes for patients.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient transfers, bladder scans, and dressing changes.
• Administer medications and monitor patient recovery.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members for comprehensive patient care.
• Perform hourly rounding to ensure patient safety and satisfaction.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Current RN licensure.
• BLS certification.
• Proficiency in EMR systems and transfer training.
• Preferred: Rehab experience and rehab scoring documentation.
