What You'll Do
- Provide comprehensive perioperative nursing care in the operating room
- Assist with a variety of surgical specialties, including PV, neuro, ortho, and robotics
- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and comfort
- Adhere to safety protocols and adhere to hospital policies
- Support emergency response teams during crisis events if needed
- Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and patient care
- Assist with patient positioning, prepping, and post-operative care
What You Need
Required:- Valid RN license in Louisiana
- Minimum 3 years of perioperative/SAB nursing experience
- Experience with hybrid OR procedures
- Proficiency with Epic EMR system
- Willingness to work holidays (Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's) as needed
- Experience in neuro, ortho, or robotics surgeries
- Ability to adapt to emergency and relief team roles
