Branch ManagerThe Branch Manager with The Restaurant Store is responsible for leading the daily operations of a retail location. The Branch Manager is responsible for accomplishing a variety of operational goals encompassing sales, marketing, staffing, inventory control, and customer relations.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Manage ~30,000sq.ft. warehouse / retail operation in business-to-business sales environmentAchieve sales targets and ensure accountability with team against established budgets and KPIsDevelop and train 25-40 team members to ensure consistent processes and procedures while role modeling our Company valuesPlan, evaluate, and optimize operations to be efficient and cost-effectiveEnsure that Company standards and procedures are followed, including management of escalated customer and/or employee complaints, incident reports, and legal actionsMaintain accurate inventory control and ensure that products or services comply with regulatory and quality standardsDevelop a 4- to 5-week work schedule for the store that is communicated 2 weeks in advanceUnderstand and utilize a deep understanding of DISC profiling to build a cohesive and high-performing teamSupport Membership and Gold Membership growth year over year within the local marketSupport the growth and utilization of TRS.com across our customer baseCreate and identify marketing leads and opportunities within the local market that support future growthManage the overall safety and maintenance needs of the building and equipmentIdentify charitable organizations to support within the local market
