Remote Recruiter Dental Practices

Job Title: Remote Recruiter (Dental Practices) Location: Remote (Arizona-based preferred) Compensation: Based on experience Description: We are seeking a Remote Recruiter with experience hiring for dental practices. This role will focus on sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates for positions such as Dentists, Hygienists, Dental Assistants, Front Desk/Patient Coordinators, and Office Managers. Arizona-based candidates are preferred, but this is a remote position. Key Responsibilities: Source and recruit candidates for dental office positions Screen resumes and conduct phone/video interviews Manage candidate pipelines and maintain organized recruiting records Partner with clients/hiring managers to understand staffing needs Post jobs on job boards, social media, and other recruiting channels Coordinate interviews between candidates and dental offices Follow up with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process Help maintain a positive candidate experience from first contact to placement Qualifications: Previous recruiting experience required Experience recruiting for dental practices strongly preferred Ability to recruit for roles such as hygienists, assistants, front office staff, and dentists Strong communication and relationship-building skills Organized and able to manage multiple open positions at once Comfortable working independently in a remote environment Experience with ATS/CRM systems is a plus Preferred Qualifications: Based in Arizona (preferred) Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required Staffing agency experience is a plus What We’re Looking For: Self-motivated and dependable Strong follow-through and urgency Professional communication with both candidates and clients Ability to work in a fast-paced recruiting environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Cannonball Recruiting LLC
