We're looking for an experienced Hospice Executive Director/Marketer who is ready for more than just another leadership position. This is an opportunity to build and lead your own hospice location, develop your team, grow meaningful community partnerships, and make a lasting impact on patients and families in the community you serve.
At Concho Hearts Hospice, our leaders have the support of an experienced Home Office team while still having the autonomy to lead, grow, and make their location successful.
What You'll Do:- Build, lead, and develop your hospice team.
- Establish and grow referral relationships with hospitals, facilities, physicians, and community partners.
- Conduct community outreach and educate referral partners about hospice services.
- Meet with patients and families to explain hospice care and services.
- Partner with clinical leadership to ensure smooth transitions into hospice care.
- Oversee daily branch operations, quality, and compliance.
- Support hiring, onboarding, training, and development of your team.
- Maintain strong relationships throughout the community.
- Drive business development and sustainable census growth.
- Minimum 2 years of hospice marketing experience required.
- Proven ability to develop referral relationships and grow hospice census.
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Hospice operations and regulatory knowledge preferred.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable taking ownership of a market.
- Passion for providing exceptional end-of-life care.
- $80,000–$85,000 annual salary.
