Client Specification:-

• GC estimator specializing in commercial and multifamily renovations in the $1 million to $30 million range.

• Must also have strong knowledge of building envelope repairs, including masonry, waterproofing, EIFS, metal panel siding, and window replacement for commercial and multifamily buildings.

• A good estimator knows how to bid on anything, provided they have accurate plans and specifications.

• Historic restoration experience is a plus.
