In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care, oversee resident care needs, collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, and help ensure the highest level of resident comfort, safety, and well-being.## Key Responsibilities* Provide and oversee direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans* Administer medications, treatments, and specialized nursing procedures safely and accurately* Assess residents and monitor for changes in condition* Communicate resident status updates to physicians, families, and appropriate team members* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation* Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs* Participate in care planning meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions* Respond appropriately to resident needs, concerns, and emergencies* Promote resident dignity, comfort, safety, and quality of life* Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations* Utilize PointClickCare (PCC) and other clinical systems as needed## ## Qualifications* Current, unrestricted **Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Carolina*** Current CPR certification* Must maintain all required continuing education and licensure requirements* Must remain in good standing with the South Carolina Board of Nursing* Experience with **PointClickCare (PCC)** preferred* Strong clinical assessment, leadership, communication, and organizational skills* Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred## What Makes You a Great Fit* Compassionate and resident-focused* Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills* Dependable and professional* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities* Passionate about delivering exceptional care and improving quality of life for residentsWe are an equal opportunity employer.
