Phlebotomist I - 1st Shift

Title: Phlebotomist
Location: Melrose, MA
Duration: 7+ Months (Possible Extension/ Temp to Hire)
Shift: Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm
Pay Range: $20 - $21/hr on W2

Job Summary:
Collect blood specimens, process samples for laboratory testing, and provide excellent patient service while following safety, quality, and confidentiality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform blood draws.
Process and prepare specimens for testing.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Follow clinical and safety procedures.
Deliver professional, patient-focused customer service.
Work independently under supervisor guidance.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 6 months of phlebotomy experience (1+ year preferred).
Strong phlebotomy and specimen collection skills.
Data entry and basic computer skills.
