Job Summary: Pediatric Outpatient Occupational Therapist San Marcos, TX
- Position: Full-time Pediatric Outpatient Occupational Therapist
- Location: San Marcos, TX
- Salary: $70,000 $85,000 annually, based on experience and hours worked
- Schedule: Flexible scheduling options (5x8hr, 4x10hr, or customized to provider/patient needs)
- Hours: Start at 30 35 hours/week; option to increase to 40 hours/week as caseload grows

- Candidate Profile:
- Licensed (or eligible) Occupational Therapist in TX
- Master's/Doctorate (or accredited Bachelor's) in OT
- At least 1 year of pediatric experience preferred (fieldwork counts)
- Experience with children in therapeutic settings and team collaboration
- Familiarity with EMR or IEP documentation systems
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
- New graduates are welcome to apply
- Responsibilities:
- Provide outpatient occupational therapy to pediatric patients
- Develop, implement, and collaborate on individualized treatment plans
- Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary team members
- Maintain documentation using EMR/IEP systems
- Ensure quality and patient-centered care
