In 2026, DH Pace is celebrating its 100th anniversary in business. DH Pace Company, Inc. aspires to hire a Manager in our Olathe, KS office. This position will lead, coach, train, and motivate a team of Account Coordinators/Project Administrators within our National Accounts Division. As an Account Manager, the manager will work with direct reports to ensure that national clients’ needs are met while serving as the primary face and voice to the clients. Job Responsibilities Provide leadership and general management of Account Coordinators/Project Administrators, including quality performance monitoring, process improvement, and employee development. Develop, manage, and implement operational processes and procedures to decrease costs and increase profitability. Work with Operations Management to monitor operating budgets and action plans to meet objectives. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure national account customer needs are fulfilled and maintain consistent communication with customers regarding work orders. Conduct employee performance reviews, document performance issues, and provide counseling with targeted improvement action plans. Develop relationships with National Account Customers, seek feedback, provide updates, resolve problems in a timely manner, and conduct follow‑up tasks as needed. Other responsibilities as assigned. Job Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years of direct management or peer management experience preferred; equivalent education and experience will be considered. Proven experience in a fast‑paced environment, juggling multiple responsibilities with attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Previous analytical experience identifying trends in key performance indicators and recommending solutions on a national scale. Preferred experience in the service industry with a focus on service, sales, and cost control. Proficiency in Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook required.
