Responsibilities What You Will DO As a Project Manager at MSA, you\'ll lead cross-functional teams on complex transportation engineering projects that span service lines and disciplines. Your responsibilities include: Client Engagement & Business Development: Partner with leaders and client managers to identify opportunities and build strong relationships. Project Leadership: Lead all project phases — from pursuit and initiation to planning, execution, and close-out. Resource Coordination: Assemble and guide internal and external resources, ensuring high-quality, timely delivery. Technical Oversight: Review, certify, and stamp deliverables as needed while ensuring compliance and quality assurance. Team Collaboration: Act as the key point of contact across workshare and project teams. Qualifications WHAT YOU BRING Bachelor’s degree in engineering , construction management , architecture , or a related field (preferred). 6+ years of relevant experience, or 5+ years with a master’s. Professional Engineer (PE) license in Minnesota required. Solid understanding of Minnesota Department of Transportation (MDOT) design standards and submittal processes. Proven experience managing complex projects from initiation to close-out. Strong business acumen with a track record of managing budgets, schedules, and resources effectively. Excellent communication and team leadership skills. Passion for mentoring and developing junior staff. Work Authorization This position requires authorization to work in the United States for any employer . We are unable to provide sponsorship for this role. Benefits & Compensation Salary Range: $88,871 to 142,190, depending on experience and qualifications. Candidates with significant experience may also be considered for a higher-level role with increased compensation.
