Your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive psychological and psychoeducational evaluations, developing and implementing intervention strategies, and collaborating closely with teachers, administrators, and parents to support students’ unique needs. You’ll also provide individual or group counseling services and contribute to the creation and monitoring of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 plans. The position spans 40 hours per week, 5 days a week, for the full 26/27 school year.

Key Qualifications:

• Active and valid LSSP (Licensed Specialist in School Psychology) credential in Texas
• Experience working with K-12 student populations preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities
• Familiarity with administering and interpreting a variety of assessment tools
• Ability to collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team

Core Responsibilities:

• Perform student assessments and psychological testing as required
• Design and deliver evidence-based interventions to assist academic and behavioral development
• Help facilitate the implementation and review of IEPs and 504 plans
• Communicate findings and recommendations effectively with families and staff
• Support students’ emotional and social well-being through direct and consultative services
