Schedule & Practice Model

Full-time outpatient Family Medicine schedule

Flexible 5x8 scheduling structure

Outpatient-only practice environment

Team-based care delivery model with virtual triage support

Clinical Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive Family Medicine care to patients of all ages

Manage acute, chronic, and preventative healthcare needs

Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes

Utilize integrated support services including behavioral health and telemedicine resources

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team-based clinical planning

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and continuity of care standards

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary ranging from $234,635.20 to $267,624.00 annually

$12,400 annual access bonus paid biweekly for meeting patient access goals

Up to $44,000 additional annual bonus potential

$50,000 sign-on bonus

$25,000 retention bonus in year 2

$25,000 retention bonus in year 3

Alternative sign-on and retention package for non-partnership track providers

$10,000 relocation reimbursement

Additional $10,000 relocation support for qualifying family relocation

Requirements

MD or DO REQUIRED

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine REQUIRED

Active California medical license or ability to obtain REQUIRED
