Skilled Upholsterer & Furniture BuilderWe are seeking a skilled Upholsterer & Furniture Builder to join a team that takes pride in crafting high-quality commercial furniture, including booth seating, benches, chairs, ottomans, tables, and more. This is a hands-on, skilled role perfect for someone who values craftsmanship, precision, and a long-term career with a company that invests in its employees.What You'll Do:Remove, replace, measure, cut, sew, and apply fabric or vinyl to commercial furniture pieces.Build and assemble wood-framed components for seating, benches, booths, tables, and other fixtures.Operate industrial sewing machines, staple guns, hand tools, and woodworking tools safely and efficiently.Interpret production blueprints, floor plans, and design specifications for precise builds.Perform quality checks and finish work to ensure premium craftsmanship.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment.What You'll Bring:Required: Professional experience in commercial upholstery and furniture building.Proficiency with both upholstery tools (industrial sewing machines, staple guns) and woodworking tools/machinery.Ability to read and implement technical drawings, patterns, and floor plans.Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.Capable of lifting materials and standing throughout the workday.Steel-toe boots required.History of reliability and commitment, with a desire to grow into a long-term role.Perks:$18/hour.Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, steady full-time hours.Healthcare, vision, and dental benefits.Work in a clean, modern facility among skilled craftsmen.Opportunity for long-term growth with a team that values employee retention and career longevity.This is a career-focused role—we are looking for someone who wants to stay and grow with the company for years to come.
