West Plains, Inc is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team in Hettinger, ND. As a certified Case IH dealership and one of the largest privately owned agricultural equipment dealerships in North America, we are committed to supporting our employees with strong benefits, career growth opportunities, and a values-driven culture.
This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building long-term customer relationships, understands the agricultural industry, and takes pride in helping customers find the right equipment solutions for their operation.

Compensation & Benefits- $60,000 base salary plus commission

- Identify customer equipment needs and provide tailored solutions
- Present, demonstrate, and sell agricultural equipment and related products
- Manage sales pipeline, prepare quotes, and follow up to close sales
- Stay informed on product updates, industry trends, and competitive offerings
- Collaborate with service, parts, and other departments to ensure excellent customer experience
- Participate in community, marketing, and promotional events to generate leads and grow territory sales
- Agricultural background or equipment sales experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage territory effectively
- Strong computer and technology skills
- Customer-first attitude with commitment to quality service
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license with insurable driving status
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening
