Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain operating room safety standards and protocol adherence.
• Coordinate with surgical team members for optimal patient outcomes.
• Assist in the management and positioning of patients in the operating room.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and response to anesthesia during procedures.
• Prepare and maintain a sterile environment for surgical procedures.
• Document all aspects of surgical procedures accurately and comprehensively.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a current and valid compact state license.
• Minimum of two years of experience in an Operating Room setting required.
• Expertise in Trauma Level II operations required; Level I preferred.
• Certifications in ACLS, BLS, and CNOR are required.
• Proficient with the Epic charting system.
• Travel experience within healthcare settings is required.
