WinView USA is a rapidly growing direct sales organization seeking motivated and driven In-Home Sales Representatives who are ready to take control of their income and build a rewarding career. If you are a self-starter with strong communication skills and a passion for helping homeowners, we want to hear from you.
No direct sales experience? No problem. We provide industry-leading training and professional development to help you succeed. What matters most is your work ethic, coachability, and desire to achieve exceptional results.
What You'll Do
- Meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes
- Conduct professional product presentations and demonstrations
- Understand customer needs and recommend customized solutions
- Build trust and create an outstanding customer experience
- Follow a proven sales process from consultation to close
- Maintain accurate records and follow up with prospective customers
- Consistently work toward achieving and exceeding sales goals
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
- Goal-oriented and competitive mindset
- Reliable transportation
- Sales experience is a plus but not required
- Strong desire to earn a six-figure income
