Henrich Dental is looking for a confident, dependable, and highly skilled Dental Assistant/EFDA to join our team.

Are you an experienced Dental Assistant looking for a practice where your skills are valued, your work matters, and you can continue to grow? We are a private dental practice committed to exceptional patient care, clinical excellence, and a positive, professional team environment. Our practice provides comprehensive dental care along with specialized care in TMJ/TMD therapy and sleep apnea treatment , giving the right team member an opportunity to work alongside Dr. Henrich in a diverse and continually evolving clinical environment. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well with patients and coworkers, stays organized, and understands that excellent dentistry depends on excellent teamwork.

YOUR SCHEDULE

Monday–Wednesday: 7:30 AM–5:00 PM
Thursday: 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
Lunch: 12:00–1:00 PM daily

Four Fridays per year: Typically 6:30 AM–2:00 PM
(Approximately one Friday per quarter)

No regular weekend hours.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Provide confident, efficient chairside assistance for a variety of dental procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain efficient clinical flow
• Take diagnostic digital X-rays
• Perform expanded-function duties including coronal polishing and sealant placement
• Administer nitrous oxide
• Assist with digital scanning and modern dental technology
• Maintain strict sterilization and infection-control protocols
• Anticipate the doctor's needs and stay one step ahead during procedures
• Educate and communicate with patients in a professional, compassionate manner
• Follow established clinical systems and protocols
• Help create a calm, welcoming experience for every patient

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience
• Current EFDA certification
• Experience with Dentrix
• Experience using a digital intraoral scanner
• Expanded-function experience with X-rays, coronal polishing, sealants, and nitrous oxide
• Strong communication and patient-interaction skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organization
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of care
• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented attitude

A PLUS:

• Phlebotomy experience
• Experience with TMJ/TMD or sleep dentistry
• Experience with additional digital dental technology

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

$20–$24 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
