Job Type : Full time Permanent
Shift : Days, 3 days a week, 12 hours shifts
Salary : $34hr to $43/hr Annually + Full-time Benefits

Bonuses: Up to $15k sign on and $5k relo bonuses offered

Job Summary:

Additional Skills/Information: Previous OR experience. Level 3 Trauma Center

Required Licensure and/or Certification: BLS YES, BLS and ARRT
