If you are this person, we are looking for you! We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Event Director to join a creative Experiential firm to lead their event management team. The Event Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of event planning and execution, from concept to completion. This is a full-time, on-site position that requires a strong leader with excellent organizational and communication skills.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their event goals and objectivesCreate event concepts and themes that align with client's vision and budgetManage event timelines, budgets, and logistics to ensure successful executionSource and negotiate with vendors for event services, including venues, catering, AV, and transportationOversee event marketing and promotion efforts to drive attendance and engagementLead event production, including setup, registration, and onsite managementManage a team of event coordinators and support staffConduct post-event evaluations and make recommendations for improvementStay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance event offeringsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related fieldMinimum of 8-10 years of experience in event planning and management, preferably in a corporate settingProven track record of successfully executing large-scale eventsStrong project management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize effectivelyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in event management software and Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to work flexible hours and travel as neededCompetitive salary and benefits packageOpportunities for growth and advancement within the companyDynamic and collaborative work environmentChance to work with a diverse range of clients and eventsLead on-site staff including oversight of Brand AmbassadorsLiaison with internal teams Account, Design, Shop, FinanceTraveling to various locations to meet with clients, partners, and for event execution requiredBenefits offered:Health Insurance Dental and Vision Insurance Health reimbursement account (HRA) Health savings account (HSA) Employer paid basic term life and AD&D insurance coverageSalary: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00, commensurate with experience.
