We’re looking for a Membership Sales Specialist who can drive enrollments, build relationships,
and grow our gym community. What You’ll Do:
- Actively sell memberships and hit monthly goals
- Turn walk-ins, calls, and leads into new members
- Give tours and confidently present membership options
- Follow up with prospects and close deals
- Promote specials, referrals, and community outreach
- Deliver a high-energy, sales-driven experience every day
- Strong sales mindset and confidence closing deals
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Experience in sales, fitness, or customer service (preferred)
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-based environment
