Technical Marketing Engineer Location: Hampton, NH Amphenol Communications Solutions (ACS), a division of Amphenol Corporation, is a world leader in interconnect solutions for communications, mobile, RF, optics, and commercial electronics markets. About the Role As a Technical Marketing Engineer, you will create high‑quality technical content that educates and engages customers. You will collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing to develop materials that explain product value in clear, compelling ways. A key aspect involves creating and modifying CAD models to support marketing and sales initiatives. Key Responsibilities Develop technical content such as block diagrams, 3D renderings, and exploded view illustrations. Use SolidWorks and SolidWorks Visualize (or similar tools) to create and modify product models. Generate high‑quality visuals for marketing collateral, website content, and sales presentations. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure models accurately reflect product capabilities and features. Support marketing campaigns for trade shows, webinars, and digital outreach with technical visuals and animations. Assist in the development of technical training materials using CAD‑based illustrations. Qualifications Degree in Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field (or equivalent technical experience). 2+ years of work experience preferred. Strong ability to create and manipulate CAD models for marketing and sales applications. Experience with SolidWorks, SolidWorks Visualize, or similar 3D modeling software. Ability to generate block diagrams and system illustrations to support technical storytelling. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. Bonus: Experience with animation tools for CAD‑based marketing content. Export Control This position requires access to controlled technology that is subject to US export controls.
