Office Generalist

We're seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Generalist. This role provides cross-training in multiple office functions while supporting departments as needed. It's an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, learning new skills, and growing within the company.

Responsibilities

• Learn and assist with various office functions across multiple departments
• Support Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, account reconciliations, and inventory tracking
• Enter and maintain accurate data and process invoices and other office documents
• Provide administrative support, answer phones, and assist customers
• Serve as backup coverage for office staff and help with special projects as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Office, administrative, accounting, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
• Ability to multitask, learn quickly, and adapt to changing priorities
• Professional communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude

Starting pay: $17.00 per hour. Higher starting rates may be considered based on relevant experience, certifications, and qualifications.
