About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of People & Culture to join their mission-driven team. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the overall People & Culture strategy, leading enterprise-wide culture transformation, and integrating M&A activities from a human capital perspective. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in driving large-scale culture change, organizational design, and manager enablement programs. The VP will also be tasked with shaping the company's culture, leading a high-performing P&C team, and ensuring that the company's values are reflected in all aspects of the employee experience. Candidates for the VP of People & Culture position at the company should have at least 10 years of progressive HR/People leadership experience, with a focus on leading a P&C/HR function. A deep understanding of compensation architecture, executive compensation, and multi-jurisdiction labor compliance is essential. The role demands a leader with high emotional intelligence, the ability to coach executives, and a proven track record in resolving complex employee relations matters. Experience in M&A strategy and integration, as well as the ability to translate corporate strategy into practical people priorities, is also required. The ideal candidate will be comfortable navigating ambiguity and rapid change, and will have a clear, steady communication style.
