Ultimate Therapy is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team in a skilled nursing setting. This position offers the opportunity to work with residents on meaningful therapy goals while supporting independence, safety, and functional progress.

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy treatment under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist
• Assist residents with therapeutic activities focused on self-care, mobility, coordination, and upper extremity function
• Reinforce adaptive techniques and therapy strategies to support daily routines and independence
• Observe resident response during treatment sessions and communicate updates to the OT
• Complete accurate and timely treatment documentation

Qualifications:
