RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist the business goals of the insurance agency with mutually agreed upon expectations.
• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and performance goals
• Schedule appointments or product demonstrations for sales representatives

QUALIFICATIONS:
Coursework or expressed interest in areas such as Insurance, Financial Services, Real Estate, Marketing, etc.

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as operate independently
• Qualify leads by assessing customer needs and identifying potential sales opportunities
• Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call volume, conversion rate, and revenue generated
