Doctor of Medicine | Internal Medicine - General/Other Location: Dodge City , TX Employer: SalviaCore Solutions Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Shift Information: 5 days x 8 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive, non-treatment C&P exams and separation health assessments. Perform physical assessments, including METs testing, respiratory evaluations, cardiovascular diagnoses, and musculoskeletal range of motion testing. Maintain high-quality clinical documentation and submit detailed reports through a secure digital portal. Complete follow-up administrative tasks as required, such as medical opinions, reading diagnostics, and processing report addendums. Utilize a personal laptop (non-Apple/Mac) to navigate clinical software and evaluation tools. Qualifications & Credentialing Licensure & Certification: Must hold an active and unrestricted full medical license and AANP certification. Applicants must have an active Certification Number. Clinical Proficiency: Proven expertise in METs testing and the evaluation/diagnosis of respiratory and cardiovascular conditions is required. Background: Open to Physicians with backgrounds in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Orthopedic Surgery, or General Medicine. Training: Must be willing to complete and become DMA certified through specialized training before beginning evaluations. Technology: Must own a laptop (Windows-based; no Mac/Apple products permitted). Submission Essentials: Current CV must include the provider's home address. Candidates must provide their Self-Query NPDB pulled within the last 30 days. Physicians who attended medical school outside the United States must provide an ECFMG certificate. Facility Requirements: For providers wishing to use their own office, the facility must be wheelchair accessible and meet specific safety standards. Documentation including photos of clinic signage, handicap parking, entrance thresholds, exam rooms with protective paper, and emergency equipment will be required. What We Offer Daily Rate: $1,600 flat rate for 5-hour shifts or longer (inclusive of exam time and report completion). Half-day Rate: $800 flat rate for shifts of 4 hours or less.
