Core Responsibilities

• Conduct a variety of ultrasound examinations, encompassing abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging

• Engage closely with radiologists and referring physicians to ensure the highest quality diagnostic images
• Manage and maintain imaging technology, promptly addressing any equipment malfunctions
• Accurately document imaging procedures and maintain comprehensive patient records within the electronic medical system
• Stay abreast of advancements in ultrasound techniques and industry best practices

Educational Background

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related discipline
• Completion of a program accredited by CAAHEP in Sonography is preferred

Certificates and Licenses

• Current certification by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or similar qualifications
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is preferred
