Family Nurse Practitioner Float (FNP) – Make an Impact in Your Community
$110,000 – $140,000 + $10,000 Travel Stipend | Full-Time | Maricopa County, AZ

Your Role as a Nurse Practitioner
As a Nurse Practitioner, you’ll provide high-quality, comprehensive primary care including:
Preventive care & health promotion
Diagnosis, treatment & management of acute and chronic conditions
Patient education and community-focused care
Coordination and referrals as needed
You’ll work with autonomy and purpose , supported by a collaborative care team that shares your passion for serving others.

What You Bring
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
Active Arizona NP & RN licenses
Current DEA certification
CPR/AED certification (AHA or Red Cross)
Strong clinical judgment & patient communication skills
Commitment to community health and underserved populations
Valid AZ Driver’s License
Bonus Points
3+ years in community health
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
