BBA Afterschool Inc. is hiring energetic and reliable After-School Sports Coaches to lead elementary-aged students in fun, structured sports programming throughout the Palm Beach area .
We are looking for coaches with experience or comfort leading Basketball, Soccer, and Flag Football programs. If you enjoy working with kids and creating a positive, active environment, we'd love to hear from you.
This is a part-time, after-school-only role with short, predictable sessions and no weekend commitment.
The Opportunity
- Coach Position: Basketball, Flag Football, and Soccer
- Schedule: Monday–Friday
- Time: Between 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- Session Length: 1.5 hours per session
- Pay: $25/hour ($37.50 per session)
- No weekends
- No lesson planning required — full curriculum provided

Key Responsibilities
- Lead elementary students (Grades K–5) through structured drills, games, and sports activities
- Coach Basketball, Soccer, and Flag Football sessions

- Supervise and engage groups of students during programming
- Follow provided curriculum and activity structure
Requirements
- Experience playing, coaching, or leading Basketball, Soccer, and/or Flag Football preferred
- Comfortable working with children ages 6–10
- Reliable transportation to schools in the Palm Beach area
- Dependable and consistently punctual
- Must pass required school background screening and fingerprinting process
