Responsibilities

• Educate healthcare providers on reimbursement processes, claims submission, coding, and payer requirements
• Serve as field-based expert on patient access, fulfillment, and reimbursement for regional sales teams
• Conduct on-site assessments and provide compliant access support and problem-solving with healthcare providers
• Proactively identify and address barriers to patient access and affordability using data-driven insights
• Maintain current knowledge of national, regional, and account-specific coverage and coding requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or public administration
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Extensive knowledge of medication access channels and payer benefit structures
• Strong data analysis and critical thinking capabilities
• Understanding of healthcare ecosystem and payer policies across Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial plans
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and communicate complex information clearly
