What You Will Do
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to acquire new mid-market customers and drive revenue growth within existing accounts.
  • Identify and qualify leads through proactive prospecting, networking, and building strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to effectively communicate the company's value proposition and address customer needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements, ensuring favorable terms that align with company objectives.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track and manage sales activities, pipeline, and revenue forecasts, driving accountability and visibility across the sales process.
Ideal Candidate Background
  • 3-7 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong ability to manage the full sales cycle, from cold calling to closing deals.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and a competitive mindset.
  • Experience in conducting product demonstrations and effectively communicating value to clients.
Preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Knowledge of technology solutions and their application in business growth.
Compensation and Benefits
