Business Analyst

High school diploma or equivalent required Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field preferred 0–2 years of experience in business analysis, administration, finance, customer service, or related roles Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities High attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace Ability to manage multiple priorities in a hybrid work environment Strong critical thinking and teamwork skills Professional, dependable, and results-oriented mindset Benefits
