Schedule/Hours:

• Travel assignment
• Includes call: 1 weekend and one night a week

Desired Qualifications:

• Current, unencumbered RN licensure
• Minimum one year of recent PACU nursing experience
• BLS, ACLS certifications required; PALS preferred
• Proficiency in post-anesthesia assessment, monitoring, and recovery
• Ability to collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia teams, and support staff

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide vigilant post-anesthesia care, monitoring vital signs and patient comfort
• Recognize and respond to complications promptly
• Document patient status and interventions accurately
• Educate patients and families regarding recovery and discharge processes
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and sterile environment
