Job Description Atlantic Health is seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our collaborative team at Morristown Medical Center's inpatient rehab unit. This full‑time position offers a collaborative environment rooted in core values of patient‑centered care, professional respect, and continuous learning. As a Full‑Time Physical Therapist, you will provide a broad range of physical therapy services—including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions—in an interdisciplinary setting. You will also engage in development, quality improvement, and productivity enhancement within a flexible interdisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities Perform initial examinations and differential diagnoses. Provide and prescribe plans of care consisting of corrective therapeutic exercise. Perform manual treatments, including soft tissue techniques and joint mobilizations. Supervise and interact with support staff while maintaining proper documentation. Evaluate and establish a plan of care and treat patients accordingly. Document patient care and charges appropriately, including progress and ongoing treatment needs. Work effectively with other professionals. Provide clinically appropriate therapeutic interventions. Evaluate patient response to treatment and provide feedback to the interdisciplinary team. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited college or university with a degree in Physical Therapy. Licensed to practice in New Jersey (or eligible for licensure). 3‑5 years of experience in an acute inpatient hospital is preferred.
