What You’ll Do: Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process by providing a friendly and professional experience. Learn about our vehicle lineup to confidently answer questions and recommend the right vehicle for each customer. Build relationships with customers and follow up to ensure an exceptional buying experience. Stay up to date on current inventory, incentives, and dealership promotions. Work with your team to achieve individual and dealership sales goals. Maintain accurate customer information and activity in the CRM system. What You’ll Need: Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, banking, fitness, or sales is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow. Self-motivated with a customer-first mindset. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
