The company is targeting $50 billion in annual revenue within the decade through accretive acquisitions and organic growth.What You'll Do:Oversee daily field operations for trim and window installation projects across assigned communities.Supervise, coach, and develop installation crews and subcontractors.Ensure all projects are completed with quality, accuracy, and compliance with applicable building codes.Coordinate installation schedules between customers and office staff.Conduct site visits, quality inspections, and final project walkthroughs.Create and manage punch lists to ensure timely project completion.Resolve field issues and customer concerns in a prompt and professional manner.Build and maintain strong customer relationships.Monitor labor productivity, material usage, and project performance metrics.Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies.Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and status updates.What You'll Bring:Required QualificationsMinimum 2 years of experience in residential construction, finish carpentry, window installation, or exterior building products.Minimum 2 years of leadership or field management experience.Strong knowledge of trim and window installation methods and construction best practices.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and mobile project management applications.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Preferred QualificationsExperience managing multiple projects across several job sites.Residential production builder experience.Project management experience preferred but not required.Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong leadership and team management skills.Customer service and conflict resolution abilities.Quality control and project oversight experience.Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Knowledge of safety compliance requirements and best practices.Strong verbal and written communication skills.High attention to detail.Ideal BackgroundResidential construction.Construction management.Finish carpentry.Specialty contractor management.People and task management leadership experience.Physical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds.Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, bend, kneel, and work outdoors for extended periods.Ability to travel between multiple job sites daily.Ability to work in varying weather conditions.What You'll Earn401(k) with employer matchMedical, dental, and vision insurancePTO, company holidays, and parental leavePaid training and certificationsLegal assistance and identity protectionPet insuranceEmployee assistance program (EAP)QXO is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
