Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator

to join our team. This role is ideal for an individual who excels in customer service, communication, logistics coordination, and workplace support. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer requests, coordinating domestic and international shipping activities, supporting conference room and event setups, and ensuring all tasks are completed with professionalism, accuracy, and strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, technologically proficient, physically capable of supporting facility operations, and committed to providing exceptional service while working collaboratively with customers and coworkers. Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Communication Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external customers. Communicate professionally and effectively through email, phone, messaging platforms, and in-person interactions. Provide timely updates and follow-through on customer requests to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and colleagues. Resolve service issues promptly and professionally while maintaining a customer-first mindset. Shipping & Logistics Coordinate domestic and international shipments in accordance with carrier and customs requirements. Prepare and review shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, customs paperwork, and export-related documents. Maintain knowledge of international shipping regulations, shipping guidelines, and compliance requirements. Track shipments and proactively communicate status updates and delivery information. Partner with carriers and logistics providers to address shipping issues and support successful deliveries. Technical & Administrative Support Utilize ticketing systems, work order platforms, and other business applications to prioritize, manage, and complete customer requests. Maintain accurate records, documentation, and status updates within company systems. Proficiently use Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams. Monitor workloads and ensure all assigned tasks are completed accurately and on schedule. Conference Room & Facility Support Set up and prepare conference rooms, training rooms, and meeting spaces. Arrange furniture, equipment, and meeting materials according to customer requirements. Verify room readiness, cleanliness, and functionality prior to meetings and events. Provide support for audio-visual equipment and meeting technology as needed. Demonstrate strong attention to detail to ensure a professional customer experience. Teamwork & Collaboration Work effectively as part of a unified team to achieve operational and customer service goals. Collaborate with customers, coworkers, vendors, and management to resolve issues and improve processes. Assist team members as needed and contribute to a positive, respectful workplace environment. Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to support a variety of operational duties. Qualifications Required Skills & Experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong customer service and customer follow-through abilities. Experience using computer-based work order, ticketing, or service management systems. Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently while contributing to team success. Professional demeanor with a strong service-oriented attitude. Preferred Qualifications Experience with domestic and international shipping processes. Knowledge of customs documentation and international shipping regulations. Experience supporting office operations, facilities services, or workplace environments. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday. Ability to lift, carry, move, and arrange furniture, equipment, and boxes weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to perform physical setup and breakdown of conference rooms and meeting spaces. Ability to work in office, warehouse, and customer-facing environments.
