The Site Manager in Tucker, GA will lead a 24/7 flexographic preprint facility that plays a significant role in the company's production footprint, supporting both national and regional customers. With approximately 60 employees and a large-scale, 98-inch roll-to-roll flexographic press, this role offers the chance to directly influence operational performance, culture, and long-term site success.

The successful candidate will step into a stable environment with a solid, experienced team and strong institutional knowledge, including a long-tenured production leader with over 30 years of experience. The mandate is clear: elevate the operation from good to great by strengthening leadership effectiveness, developing talent, and driving improvements in safety, quality, and asset performance. In addition to leading day-to-day operations, this individual will hold full P&L responsibility (excluding direct sales management), providing exposure to the financial and strategic levers that drive business success. With Tucker being one of the largest preprint facilities in the network, this role offers high visibility within the organization and a clear path for advancement into broader leadership roles such as Complex General Manager or regional leadership positions. The Position:
The Site Manager is responsible for the overall leadership and management of the Tucker preprint facility. This includes ensuring the safety and well-being of all employees, maintaining high standards of quality, and optimizing asset performance. The role oversees a team of salaried leaders and a broader hourly workforce, driving engagement, productivity, and continuous improvement.

The position carries full operational and financial accountability, including P&L ownership (excluding direct sales reporting), and requires close collaboration with cross-functional partners. While interaction with adjacent facilities exists, the role maintains clear autonomy over its operation.

Essential Functions (Other duties may be assigned):

• Lead all aspects of plant operations, including safety, quality, production, and maintenance
• Ensure a strong safety culture and compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards
• Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency and asset utilization
• Manage and develop a team of supervisors and operational leaders
• Oversee financial performance, including cost control and P&L management
• Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and team development
• Partner with sales and other internal stakeholders to meet customer expectations
• Build and execute strategies to enhance plant performance and long-term growth

Qualifications:

• Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing environment

Education and Experience:

• Minimum of six years of manufacturing experience required
• Experience in printing, graphics, or related industries strongly preferred
• Prior roles such as Site Manager, Plant Manager, or Operations Manager highly desirable
• Experience with flexographic printing or similar technologies is advantageous but not required
