Own the product operations and content ecosystem of the in-app community. This role drives engagement, retention, and trading conversion through content distribution strategy, recommendation system optimization, and user growth initiatives.

• Own the growth of the in-app community by increasing active users, content participation and engagement.
• Develop content distribution strategies and define recommendation algorithm requirements to improve content discovery and engagement.
• Design and optimize user funnels to increase UGC participation, community interaction, and trading conversion
• Use analytics and A/B testing to continuously improve retention, engagement, and product performance.
• Partner with Growth, Marketing, Data, and Engineering teams to align community initiatives with broader platform goals.

• 4+ years of experience in product operations, growth, or community product roles in internet or crypto platforms
• Strong understanding of content distribution, recommendation systems, and user engagement strategies
• Experience with platforms such as Binance Square or Bitget Plaza is a plus
• Hands-on experience with data analysis and A/B testing
• Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills
• Fluent English; Chinese is a plus
