Talent Development Facilitator

Position Summary This role acts as an end-to-end learning partner, combining instructional design, program facilitation, and consulting. You will collaborate with stakeholders to build impactful leadership and professional skills training, handle session logistics, and continuously evaluate data to drive employee development and organizational success. Responsibilities Lead highly interactive workshops and training sessions focused on professional and leadership development. Assess participant comprehension in real time and adjust delivery to maximize learning and engagement. Translate broad organizational needs into engaging learning materials. Design and maintain facilitator guides, participant materials, and training exercises using established instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles. Partner closely with HR business partners, subject matter experts, and business leaders to ensure alignment of training programs with broader company strategies. Provide guidance on professional development opportunities as a trusted advisor. Oversee all logistical and administrative requirements: session scheduling, preparation, and post‑training follow‑up. Analyze participant evaluations and learning trends to refine course materials, measure training effectiveness, and implement strategic improvements. Qualifications 4 years of corporate facilitation experience delivering interactive leadership and professional skills workshops to diverse employee audiences. Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design to create and update training guides. Ability to collaborate closely with HR partners, subject matter experts, and business leaders to align training with company strategy. Experience handling training logistics, including scheduling, administrative tasks, and session preparation. Skills in analyzing course evaluations and learning trends to improve training impact. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or related field, or equivalent combination of 4+ years’ experience in learning and development. Compensation Base salary range: $65,000 – $135,000. Total compensation includes a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs. Additional bonuses may be awarded based on performance.
