Business Analyst

Our client, a leading organization in the public sector, is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team. As a Business Analyst, you will be part of the IT department supporting various project teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Apply analytical processes on complex IT projects to ensure successful delivery.
• Solicit and document detailed business and technical requirements for project scope and technical complexity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable project plans.
• Support the design and analysis of business systems to optimize operational efficiency.
• Contribute to large-scale projects, including PAL Stages 2, 3, and 4, ensuring compliance and approval processes are met.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience applying analytical processes on IT projects within the last seven (7) years.
• At least three (3) years of experience in business systems analysis and design within the last seven (7) years.
• Proven experience in soliciting and documenting business and technical requirements for projects of similar scope and complexity within the last seven (7) years.
• Bachelor's Degree in an IT-related field; a copy of your degree must be attached.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to facilitate effective collaboration.
