Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency Services

Role Overview: The Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality emergency care in a fast-paced hospital setting, supporting patient assessments, nursing interventions, and documentation to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities Perform accurate patient assessments and identify needs Initiate appropriate nursing interventions based on patient condition Deliver care tailored to patient age and condition Maintain timely and accurate documentation in medical records Develop and update interdisciplinary care plans for patients Conduct quality improvement assessments Qualifications & Skills Current state RN license Degree from an accredited nursing school Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire ACLS and PALS certifications within six months Preferred: TNCC, NRP, ENPC, CEN, and one year of experience Additional Information The role offers comprehensive benefits, opportunities for professional growth, tuition reimbursement, and a supportive environment dedicated to community health.
