Crescent Biopharma is seeking an experienced Senior Director, Global Medical Affairs to provide strategic and operational leadership for all assets across tumor types, with a focus on medical communications and publication strategy. You will partner with Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs, Legal/IP, and Corporate Communications to ensure scientific excellence.

You will lead cross-functional teams, drive evidence generation, and build a global expert network while traveling 50-75% as needed
