Job Type: Temp to Hire, Full-Time Job Duties: Process invoices, accounts receivable, and collections Create UPS WorldShip labels and support order processing Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks and Excel Answer phones and provide professional customer service Perform data entry, PO follow-ups, and general office tasks Do you enjoy handling daily office and accounting functions including invoicing, A/R, data entry, and customer communication to ensure smooth and accurate operations? If you have prior QuickBooks invoicing and accounts receivable experience, along with strong Excel/data entry skills, you will succeed in this role!
