Quick Facts Location: 1200 North Beaver Street, Flagstaff, AZ 86001 Start Date: 08/17/2026 End Date: 11/16/2026 Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Hospital and possible clinic shifts) Schedule: 3-4 weeks per month (minimum) Hours/Week: 40 hours/week Employment Type: Contract License/Certs: Active AZ license preferred; DEA required; Board certification in electrophysiology preferred Experience: Minimum 1 year in electrophysiology Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay: $140.79 Pay Package: Discussed upon application Benefits: Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Robust referral bonus program Paid malpractice insurance Flexible schedule and a supportive team environment What You’ll Do Support EP physicians in hospital and clinic settings See follow-ups, post-ops, device checks, and same-day procedures Cover hospital shifts, providing patient care to adult populations Manage variable patient loads in a busy EP department Utilize Cerner EMR for documentation and procedures Participate in patient evaluations, device checks, and post-procedure care Support departmental needs for follow-up and urgent EP cases What You Need Active Arizona medical license (preferred) or ability to license promptly Certification as a PA for practicing in the U.S. At least 1 year of electrophysiology experience DEA certification Strong interpersonal and patient management skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively About the Assignment Join a leading facility in Flagstaff, AZ, supporting a busy electrophysiology department committed to delivering top-tier cardiac care.
