Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing professional, responsive, and personalized support throughout their experience.
• Communicate with clients by phone, email, and text to answer questions, provide updates, gather information, and explain next steps.
• Conduct client conversations to understand individual goals, circumstances, and needs and provide appropriate information and guidance.
• Collect, review, and organize client information and documentation, ensuring records are complete and accurate.
• Maintain detailed client records, communications, and follow-up activities within the CRM.
• Coordinate client requests and applications from initial contact through completion, keeping clients informed and ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.
• Review sensitive information and use attention to detail and sound judgment to help determine appropriate options.
• Explain products, processes, requirements, and next steps clearly and professionally.
• Collaborate with internal team members to ensure client needs are addressed efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Participate in comprehensive training and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Psychology, Finance, or a related field preferred (May 2025 & May 2026 graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Strong customer service or client-facing skills and a genuine interest in helping people.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple clients, tasks, and deadlines.
• Comfortable working with numbers, reviewing information, and handling detailed documentation.
• Patient, professional, and confident when communicating with a wide variety of clients.
• Coachable and eager to learn, with the ability to retain and apply information through an extensive training program.
• Motivated, dependable, and eager to grow professionally.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative, onsite team.
• Previous experience in customer service, administration, hospitality, communications, or another client-facing environment is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to successfully complete required background and credit checks.
